How should the new set change a deck?
A release is connected to overseas early results, then upgraded only after Korean tournament evidence arrives.
Korean OPK-14 launched on August 21 and is now listed in the official Korean card search. Until a larger Korean result sample is available, the lists below remain a transition guide based on verified Japanese tournament results.

Japanese EB-03 tournament results were reviewed against Korea's OPK-13 card pool. The guide starts with repeatedly played additions instead of declaring a final solved list. The temporary restriction has ended, and new card numbers are eligible for Flagship Battles from July 31.
